The important stuff
All booking must be completed via, email, telephone or via social media.
Once a booking is completed you will receive an automated email or text message. This will show time and date of your appointment..If a message does not arrive or the information is different than you thought please contact us immediately.​​
We do our best to be punctual however due to the nature of the business there are times where we are unable to be 100% on time so please bare with us or call us for an estimated time of arrival. ​
We do not take deposits upon booking however any appointments cancelled within 24hrs of your appointment time or appointment which were not attended will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost. This will be payable either by bank transfer or by SumUp payment link.
